- Please note that for auto keystone correction, our current version of projector only supports auto keystone correction in vertical (up and down) direction.
- For horizontal (left and right) correction, we recommend switching to the manual keystone correction mode so that you can adjust the vertical and horizontal angles as needed.
- To help you get better projection results, we recommend:
- Keep the bottom of the projector parallel to the horizontal plane and try to keep the projector square to the projection surface, avoiding tilting it from side to side or up and down.
- Ensure that the projection angle is controlled within 30°, too large an angle will affect the clarity of the image and the correction effect.
- Get the detailed operation video of keystone correction:
- 1. Scan the QR code on the projector.
- 2. Click the “Operation Video” button at the top of the page.
- 3. Find the video titled “Keystone Correction Operation” which will guide you step by step through the manual adjustment process.
For the problem of not being able to connect to WiFi, we suggest you try the following methods:
Please open ‘Settings’ in your mobile phone and enable ‘Personal Hotspot’ function.
Then please connect to your mobile phone's Wi-Fi hotspot on the projector.
If the projector can successfully connect to your mobile phone's hotspot, please take a photo of your home WiFi router and send it to us. This may be due to router settings or compatibility issues.
If you still can't connect after trying the above methods, please let us know and we will provide you with further solutions.
If you are just trying to connect a Bluetooth speaker, make sure to only turn on the left “Bluetooth” button and turn off the right button. This will resolve the issue of the speaker not outputting audio.
If both the left and right buttons are turned on simultaneously, the device defaults to phone Bluetooth mode rather than speaker Bluetooth mode.
If the issue persists after attempting the above steps, please provide your order number along with any relevant photos or videos of the issue so we can conduct further analysis and assist you.
